A content factory is not buying ads or click arbitrage. It is batch production of posts and videos: AI drafts, a human checks and publishes. Money comes from six models; most people pick one at the start. 1) Agency for brands: AI UGC packs and a content calendar on a 1,500–10,000 USD monthly retainer for 5–30 videos and edits. 2) Your own faceless channels: platform ads, affiliate links to software, digital products (guides, prompt packs), sometimes Patreon. 3) White-label: resell a ready AI content stack under your brand at 40–80% margin. 4) Your accounts for an offer or your store: one topic, one link; count clicks and orders, not likes. 5) Selling placements in your feeds to advertisers once reach is steady. 6) Training and templates: a course or Notion pack after the factory already has a case. Likes and followers with no link click or client payment are not revenue.
One model for the first month

You cannot mix all six models in week one: you will not know what worked. Pick one — for example an agency for local brands or one faceless channel in a software niche — and close one cycle: brief → pack of five pieces → publish or deliver to the client → a number (payment, click, order). Agency retainer math: pack price minus AI credits and editor hours. Faceless channel: link and platform ad income minus edit time. Until you have one such number, do not open a second model.
